Twenty years of brand and performance, in the same person.

Twenty-plus years across MENA, LATAM, and Europe. Brand and performance, which almost nobody runs together, because most marketers are trained to pick a side. I am not.

I have founded two businesses: a branding consultancy and a creative-as-a-service platform serving more than 50 brands. So when I tell you what to do with your money, mine has already been where yours is.

07Questions you are right to ask

Agencies sell you hours and quietly hope you stay unsure how many you need. They are good at making things. They are not on the hook for your numbers. I sit inside your team, own the strategy, and I am accountable for the number. Different job.

Mondays you get me in the leadership room. The rest of my day-and-a-half: running the marketing team or hiring it, owning the budget, killing what does not work, reporting numbers you can take to the board. Strategy is table stakes. The job is making it happen.

Then I will tell you on the call, for free. If you do not have something worth marketing yet, more marketing just helps people find that out faster. I would rather lose the deal than pour fuel on an empty tank.

Madrid-based, remote-first, with regular time in the Gulf. I run the work remotely and show up in person on a cadence that fits the engagement. For GCC clients that usually means on-site sprints. For Spain, whenever the room beats the call.
